- 2 Salmon Fillets
- 4 tablespoons olive oil.
- 1/4 cup wholegrain dijon mustard with seeds.
- Kissed by the Sun Lemon, Lime, & Orange Peer Pepper.
1.) Brush salmon filets with 2 tablespoons olive oil and season completely with Kissed by the Sun Lemon, Lime, & Orange Peer Pepper Seasoning. Add layer of wholegrain dijon mustard, a little less than a quarter inch thick.
2.) Preheat over to 400 degrees. Add olive oil to bottom of aluminum foil on a baking and add filets. Cook for 8 - 12 minutes depending on thickness of salmon.
