This moist, soft, and creamy cheese was first made in the late 18th century at Camembert, Normandy, in northern France. Add to the oven with fresh rosemary and our signature Garlic 'N' Herbs blend for a seriously satisfying appetizer.
- 1 loaf french baguette.
- 1 Camembert Cheese wheel, generally comes in small 8oz to 12oz wheels.
- 1 rosemary bunch.
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil.
- Several Dashes Kissed by the Sun Garlic 'N' Herbs Seasoning.
1.) Slice a thin quarter inch deep layer off the top surfaced layer of cheese. Add rosemary sprigs to creamy shaved top then drizzle 1/2 cup olive oil.
2.) Season to taste with Kissed by the Sun Garlic 'N' Herbs - their is no salt in this blend so season more heavily for a more pungent garlic flavor.
3.) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add remaining olive oil to small baking dish and set cheese wheel in dish. Bake for about 6-8 minutes or until center is hot and creamy. Serve with toasted french baguette.
