- 1lb ground beef.
- 2 sweet peppers, diced.
- 1/c cup water.
- 1/2 cup flour.
- KBS Sizzlin' Steak Seasoning - to taste.
- American Cheese - slices.
- 3 tbsp olive oil.
- 1 onion, diced.
- 1/2 cup relish.
- 1/4 cup garlic, minced.
- Ketchup & Mustard for dipping.
- 5 large tortillas.
- Canola oil for frying.
1.) Add 2 tbsp oil to heavy frying pan. Add beef and season to taste with KBS Sizzlin' Steak seasoning. Cook for 8-10 minutes.
2.) Add 1 tbsp oil to frying pan then add sweet peppers and onions. Cook for 4-5 minutes, then add minced garlic and relish. Cook for another 2-3 minutes then add beef. Remove and place beef stuffing in large bowl.
3.) Mix flour and water in a small bowl then cut tortilla shells in half. Place cheese in center of shell then with a brush coat the bottom left side of tortilla with flour and oil. Fold from left to right creating a pocket. Stuff with ground beef and pepper mix then add more of the flour and water to edges - press firmly to make a triangle.
4.) Add triangles to frying oil. Cook for 4-6 minutes or until crispy. Remove and let cool for 5 minutes then serve with ketchup, mustard, or dipping sauce!
