Garlic n Herbs Shrimp Scampi with Zucchini Noodles

Low carb, low sodium, and all delicious! Zucchini noodles aka zoodles as they're are sometimes called, don't have a strong flavor but instead absorb all the flavors of that buttery garlic scampi sauce. Made with our Garlic N Herbs blend (aka our instant scampi seasoning) add flavors like rosemary, garlic, thyme, bay leaf, tarragon, and ginger root in one simple step! Great for keto diets or as a healthy substitute to pasta!


  • 1lb shrimp. 
  • 1 cup dry white wine.
  • 1/c cup parsley, chopped.
  • KBS Garlic N Herbs Blend - to taste. 
  • 1 half stick butter. 
  • 1 zucchini, peeled into noodles. Super good with pasta too :) 
  • 1 lemon


1.) Add half stick butter to frying pan on medium heat and add shrimp. Let butter melt and cook for 2-3 min on each side. Season to taste with our KBS Garlic N Herbs blend. Note: Our blend does snot have salt so for a heavier garlic flavor add more seasoning - you can't really add too much! 

2.) Add parsley, lemon juice, and white wine and reduce by about half or 5-7 minutes. Add Zucchini Noodles and stir. Let cook for about 3 more minutes then serve! We like crunchy zoodles so if you're looking for more of a pasta texture add lid and let cook for another 3-5 minutes.
