This traditional recipe is made with lemon juice, olive oil, egg, Worcestershire sauce, anchovies, garlic, Dijon mustard, Parmesan and cheese. What's different from every other caesar recipe out there? Serves: 2
Ingredients:
- 1 Head of Romaine
- KBS Black Pepper N Herbs
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons parmesan cheese - grated
- 1/2 cup shaved parmesan
- 2 ounces anchovy filet - minced or use paste
- Croutons
- 1 egg yolk
Directions:
1.) In a large salad bowl add oil minced garlic, egg Worcestershire, mustard, lemon juice, and grated parmesan - season to taste with KBS Black Pepper N Herbs. Whisk ingredients well.
2.) Once dressing is of a creamy texture add romaine lettuce and top with croutons and shaved parmesan. Enjoy!
