Put a unique twist on the traditional Black Pepper Crusted Steak normally made with just black peppercorns. Our recipe calls for robust flavors like rosemary, thyme, garlic, oregano, and a touch of sea salt to tenderize the meat - all of which can be added with one simple step with our KBS Black Pepper N Herbs Blend.
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire.
- 1/2 cup olive oil.
- 1/2 cup minced garlic.
- KBS Black Pepper N Herbs - to taste.
- Steak (cut optional).
1.) Coat steak with KBS Black Pepper N Herbs Blend - our seasoning already contains kosher sea salt to tenderize the meat so no need to also add salt. Preheat oil in cast iron or non stick pan then sear on both sides for 3-4 minutes.
2.) In small bowl add olive oil, Worcestershire, and minced garlic - stir well.
3.) Remove steak from pan and marinade. Cook at 350°F in over for 2-7 minutes depending on desired temperature - we like medium (about 5 minutes).
