A easy twist on a classic dish with our spicy house made Siracha Aioli.

Ingredients for Bacon Wrapped Scallops:
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 egg yolk
- 3 tablespoons Siracga
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon KBS Black Pepper & Herbs
Bacon Wrapped Scallops
- 3 Scallops
- 3 strips thick cut bacon
- 1 rosemary stem
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions for Bacon Wrapped Scallops:
1.) For Ailoi - Add ingredients to a blender and mince until mixture becomes creamy. Add saran wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
2.) Clean scallops in cold water and pat dry with paper towels, when dried cut strips of bacon in half and wrap around sides of the scallops. Use rosemary stems as picks to keep bacon around scallop. With a sauté pan add olive oil and set to medium heat. Add KBS Seasoned Sea Salt and Black Pepper & Herbs over scallops then cook on each side for 2 and a half minutes. Time may vary based on size of scallops.
3.) Plate with ailoi on the bottom and scallops on top.
