Calling all vegan and vegetarians to the table for this simple yet bold recipe made with our powerful Black Pepper & Herbs. With just three ingredients this easy lunchtime meal or summer snack is packed with flavor and won't pack on any pounds. Our recipe is just for the Tofu but add to salads or dinners in place of chicken or meat for a healthy vegan substitute.   

Cook Time: 10 Minutes  

Serves: 1 to 2 

Ingredients for BBQ Tofu:

- 1 lb hard tofu 

- 1⁄2 cup premade BBQ sauce. Check out our signature KBS BBQ Sauce Recipe if you want to make it from scratch. 

- KBS Black Pepper & Herbs Blend

Directions for BBQ Tofu:

1.) Cut Tofu into 2 1/2 inch squares and coat in BBQ sauce. Season generously with KBS Black Pepper & Herbs. 

2.) Brush grill with oil and add tofu until each side has marks...about 1 to 1 and half minutes per side.
