Sunny Island Guacamole | Kissed by the Sun

The lemon peel, in our Sunny Island Blend, is a great way to add a citrus kick to your guacamole. Along with the red pepper and paprika in our blend, this will take your guacamole to the next level without adding salt like most traditional recipes call for.

Quick Tip: Organic avocados are recommended. However; if your favorite grocery store doesn’t carry them, don’t fret. Avocado has a lower pesticide exposure level compared to other fruits.

Cook Time: 5 Minutes 

Serves: 1 to 2 

Ingredients for Salt Free Sunny Island Guacamole Recipe:

- 2 ripe avocados

- ½ cup of small diced red onion

- ½ cup of fresh parsley

- 1 medium tomato (small diced)

- 1 dash of lemon juice

- Several Dashes of our Sunny Island Blend 

Directions for Salt Free Sunny Island Guacamole Recipe:

1.) Cut the avocados in 1/2, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh out of their shells into a large bowl.

2.) Immediately add the lemon juice, onion, and our Sunny Island Blend and toss well.

3.) Using a sharp knife, slice through the avocados in the bowl until they are finely diced. Add the tomatoes. Mix well.
