Serves: Makes 6 roll ups.
Ingredients:
- 6 tortilla shells.
- 1 cup pizza sauce.
- 1/2 cup water.
- 1/4 cup flour.
- KBS Sweet & Hot Peppers - to taste.
- Pepperoni slices.
- 6 mozzarella string cheese.
Directions:
1.) Add flour and water in a bowl and stir well. Brush pizza sauce on center of tortilla and season with KBS Sweet & Hot Peppers blend. Add pepperoni and cheese. Brush flour and water mixture on edges of tortilla - this will help the roll ups not open up when cooking. Bake 400°F for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
