Serves: Makes 6 roll ups.Ā
Ingredients:
- 6 tortilla shells.Ā
- 1 cup pizza sauce.Ā
- 1/2 cup water.
- 1/4 cup flour.Ā
- KBS Sweet & Hot PeppersĀ - to taste.Ā
- Pepperoni slices.Ā
- 6 mozzarella string cheese.Ā
Directions:
1.)Ā Add flour and water in a bowl and stir well. Brush pizza sauce on center of tortilla and season with KBS Sweet & Hot Peppers blend. Add pepperoni and cheese. Brush flour and water mixture on edges of tortilla - this will help the roll ups not open up when cooking. Bake 400Ā°F for 10 minutes. Enjoy!Ā
