Similar to the popular Pizza Log, our recipe calls for tortilla shells instead of egg roll wrappers making most the ingredients items you probably already have in your fridge. Made with our KBS Sweet & Hot Peppers Seasoning add flavors from crushed green, red, and jalapeño peppers in one simple step!
Serves: Makes 6 roll ups.
Ingredients:
- 6 tortilla shells.
- 1 cup pizza sauce.
- 1/2 cup water.
- 1/4 cup flour.
- KBS Sweet & Hot Peppers - to taste.
- Pepperoni slices.
- 6 mozzarella string cheese.
Directions:
1.) Add flour and water in a bowl and stir well. Brush pizza sauce on center of tortilla and season with KBS Sweet & Hot Peppers blend. Add pepperoni and cheese. Brush flour and water mixture on edges of tortilla - this will help the roll ups not open up when cooking. Bake 400°F for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
