Sweet Hot Bánh Mì Sausages

Add a little kick to this popular Vietnamese Dish with the help of our Kissed By The Sun Sweet & Hot Pepper Seasoning. These incredibly flavorful sandwiches are packed with fresh vegetables, mint, and spicy mayo making for a delicious recipe that couldn't be more simple!  

 

Serves: 3-4

Ingredients:

  • 3-4 Pork Sausages 
  • 1 cucumber, peeled.
  • 4 carrots, peeled.
  • 1 cup mint leaves. 
  • 1 cup mayo.
  • 1 cup Sriracha sauce. 
  • Rolls, we like Ciabatta for a twist or try on baguette. 
  • KBS Sweet & Hot Pepper, to taste. 

Directions:

1.) Cook sausages for 8-10, you can grill or sauté. 

2.) Add equal parts mayo and Sriracha sauce in bowl, add KBS Sweet & Hot Peppers blends and mix well. 

3.) Add peeled carrots, cucumbers, and mint to roll with sausage then top with spicy mayo. Pro tip: Pickle your carrots and cucumber beforehand.
