The nutty sweet flavor of this winter squash is paired with bold black pepper for a deliciously simple recipe. Made with our KBS Black Pepper N Herbs, red onion, spinach, and craisins add this side to any winter dinner!

Serves: 2
Ingredients:
- - 1 butternut squash. Cut into 1-inch pieces.
- - 1/2 cup craisins.
- - 1 cup spinach.
- - 1 red onion, chopped. About 4 cups.
- - 2 tbsp oil.
Directions:
1.) Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2.) Toss squash, spinach, onions, and KBS Black Pepper N Herbs with oil in a large bowl. Arrange one layer on parchment on a baking sheet. Roast 35 to 40 minutes or until squash is lightly browned.
3.) Add dried cranberries and mix to combine. Enjoy!
