Bacon Potato Salad | Kissed by the Sun
Made with KBS Seasoned Sea Salt.
Cook Time: 40 minutes
Serves: 1 - 2
Ingredients for Bacon Potato Salad Recipe:
- 3 eggs (shelled)
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced - 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup mustard - 1/4lbs. potatoes, chopped into 1/2 inch cubes
- 1/4 cup celery, chopped
- ½ pound of Bacon
- 2 tablespoons of our Seasoned Sea Salt blend
Directions for Bacon Potato Recipe:
1.) Boil the potatoes in a pot until center of potato is tender (poke with a fork or paring knife). For hard boiled eggs, place eggs in a pot with cold water that is about inch high. Bring to a boil with a cover. Remove and set aside for 8 to 10 minutes.
2.) Remove the potatoes and place in a cool water (bowl or clean sink).
3.) Shell the boiled eggs; slice them up.
4.) Cook bacon to desired crispiness on skillet or frying pan and dice.
5.) Mix the veggies, chopped potatoes, eggs, bacon, KBS Seasoned Sea Salt and the other ingredients together in a large bowl.
6.) Save some bacon to put atop of the finished potato salad.
