Ingredients for Lemon Pepper Pork Schnitzel Recipe:

- 2 boneless pork chops

-1 cup flour, 1 large egg 

- 2 cups bread crumbs

-¼ cup milk

- Lemon wedge

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 2 tablespoons butter

- Several dashes of KBS Lemon, Lime, & Orange Peel 

Directions for Lemon Pepper Pork Schnitzel Recipe: 

1.) Wrap pork in plastic wrap and flatten with meat tenderizer until they are about ¼ inch thick. Place meat in shallow dish and season generously with KBS Lemon, Lime & Orange Peel blend. Add milk and egg to bowl. Dredge the flattened meat in the egg and milk then coat with bread crumbs.

2.) Heat oil and butter into frying pan and add your cutlets. Cook about 3 to 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Garnish with lemon wedge and enjoy. We recommend a nice German Style beer to go along with it!
