Made with KBS Ragin' Cajun
This spicy vegetable pizza made with KBS Ragin' Cajun blend is perfect for the veggie lover who likes it hot!
Serves: 10 - 12 inch pizza
Cook Time: 20 Minutes
Ingredients for Spicy Veggie Pizza:
- All Purpose flour for work surface
- 1 ball Pizza Dough.
- 2 cups tomato sauce.
- 1/4 cup finely grated Parmigiano-Reggiano or Grana Padano cheese.
- 2 cups fresh mozzarella, shredded.
- 1 red onion, diced.
- 1/2 cup mushrooms.
- 1/2 cup asparagus.
- 1/2 cup black olives.
- 1/4 cup sundried tomatoes
Directions for Spicy Veggie Pizza:
1.) Flour dough, hands, and work surface and gently pressed down on dough, repeatedly stretching it to about 6 to 8 inches wide. You want some of the bubbles to remain in the dough. For more info on making your pizza crust click here.
2.) Add tomato sauce with a brush to dough, leaving a one to half inch space on the rim for the crust. Add cheese, veggies, and season generously with KBS Ragin' Cajun.
3.) Heat oven to 500 degrees and set to bake with pizza stone inside. After oven is heated switch setting to broil and carefully slide you pizza onto the stone. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes or until crust is crispy. Enjoy!
