This deliciously simple sauce is made even better with the addition of our best selling Seasoned Sea Salt blend! Add to meat or pork as an accompaniment to already cooked cuts or use as a marinade before you add to the grill!
1 shallot, finely chopped.
1 Fresno chile or red jalapeño.
3 garlic cloves, chopped.
½ cup red wine vinegar.
½ cup finely chopped cilantro.
¼ cup finely chopped flat-leaf parsley.
1 cup extra-virgin olive oil.
- 4 tablespoons Kissed by the Sun Seasoned Sea Salt.
1.) Combine shallot, pepper, garlic, vinegar, and KBS Seasoned Sea Salt into a small bowl. Stir in chopped cilantro and parsley then cover and chill for at least 2 hours. Add to meat, pork, or fish and enjoy!
