Instant Pot Seasoned Salt and Black Pepper Corn Beef & Cabbage

Serve up this St. Patricks Day classic in under two hours with just a pressure cooker and the help of our Kissed by the Sun Seasoned Sea Salt & Black Pepper N Herbs. Lucky you!

Serves: 8



1.) Add brisket to multicooker dish and add water until the beef is completely covered, about 10 cups of water. Add 2 tablespoons of both Kissed By The Sun Seasoned Sea Salt & Black Pepper N Herbs to the pot. Secure lid and cook on high or "pressure cook" setting for 1 hour and 30 minutes. 

2.) Once complete carefully remove lid to release pressure and move brisket to a cutting board. Then add carrots, onion, potatoes, and cabbage along with garlic cloves to dish and re-secure lid. Cook on same high pressure setting for 5 to 7 minutes. 

3.) Remove vegetable immediately and add to serving dish. Thinly slice the brisket and season vegetables and beef with remaining Seasoned Sea Salt and Black Pepper N Herbs then enjoy!
