Sunny Steak Tacos | Kissed by the Sun

We love tacos as much as the next hombre but lately our favorite late night take out fix has been filled with grease stained bags and the immediate feeling of regret. With the Summer fast approaching we thought it was about time to come up with a easy taco recipe that was not only delicious but healthy as well. Fresh avocado chunks and grilled steak are complimented by our Sunny Island Salt Free Blend in this simple yet tasty KBS original.
Cook Time: 15 Minutes
Ingredients for Salt Free Sunny Steak Tacos:
- 1/2 lb flank steak
- 1/2 beef steak tomato, diced
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 cup frisee lettuce for garnish
- 3 small tortilla
- 1 ounce chopped parsley
- Several dashes of KBS Sunny Island Blend
Directions for Salt Free Sunny Steak Tacos:
1.) Coat flank steak with KBS Sunny Island Blend and add to grill. Cook to desired temperature and cut into thin one inch slices.
2.) While steak is cooking prepare the avocado by cutting horizontally and removing the pit ( a easy way to remove the pit is snapping a sharp knife into into center of the pit and pulling it out). Scoop out the center and cut into 1 inch chunks.
3.) Add Steak and veggies to tortilla and season generously with KBS Sunny Island Blend. Add sour cream or hot sauce for extra flavor and enjoy!
