Made with KBS Lemon, Lime, & Orange Peel Peppers

Ingredients for Quinoa Goat Cheese Salad:
- 8 ounce red quinoa
- 4 ounces goat cheese
- 1 cucumber, diced into quarters
- 1 tomato, diced into half inch chunks
- 1 can garbanzo beans
- 4 teaspoons red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
Directions for Quinoa Goat Cheese Salad:
1.) Bring quinoa to a boil with 2 and 1/2 cups water. Reduce heat to low and cover. Let simmer for 15 minutes for fluffy texture.
2.) Strain quinoa and add to a large serving boil with the rest of the ingredients, mix well and add several dashes KBS Lemon, Lime, & Orange Peel Peppers.
